Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function at our manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar workforce, end-to-end recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and overall HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
The candidate will play a key role in building a productive workforce while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with all applicable labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Ensure timely hiring to meet business and production requirements.
- Oversee onboarding and induction of new employees.
HR Operations
- Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
- Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Payroll & Attendance
- Manage monthly payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift management.
- Ensure timely salary processing and statutory deductions.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, and other statutory obligations.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and documentation related to labour authorities.
Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations across all departments.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and retention programs.
Performance & HR Development
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities.
- Provide HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics to management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing HR Operations.
- Experience managing both Blue-Collar and White-Collar workforce.
- Expertise in Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, and HR Administration.
- Thorough understanding of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Compliance, and Contract Labour Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/ERP systems, and payroll software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
- 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience handling complete HR operations independently.
- Prior experience leading HR functions in a factory or plant environment will be preferred.
