Position: Salon Manager
Role Purpose:
To manage overall salon operations, drive business performance, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team to achieve sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales, service, and retail targets.
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of beauty therapists, stylists, and front office staff.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and customer retention activities.
- Drive membership, package, and retail product sales.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
- Control expenses, inventory, and stock levels.
- Conduct staff training and performance reviews.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
