We're Hiring: Sr. #TenderExecutive / Tender Executive (Medical Diagnostics Industry) Location: Karampura, Delhi
Experience: 3–8 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)

Are you experienced in handling government and institutional tenders within the Medical Diagnostics, IVD, Healthcare, Laboratory Equipment, or Medical Devices industry?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive who can independently manage the complete tendering process across GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities
✔ End-to-end tender management for Government & Institutional business
✔ Tender identification, eligibility analysis, and bid participation
✔ Preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids
✔ BOQ preparation, costing, pricing, and bid documentation
✔ Handling GeM Portal, CPPP, e-Procurement, and other tender portals
✔ Coordination with OEMs for authorization letters, compliance documents, and certifications
✔ Managing tender documentation including EMD, PBG, declarations, and statutory requirements
✔ Tracking tender status, clarifications, and post-bid activities
✔ Ensuring timely submission and compliance with tender requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Tender Management
Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and Government e-Tender Portals
Strong knowledge of Technical & Commercial Bid Preparation
Experience in BOQ Preparation, Costing & Pricing
Familiarity with OEM Documentation & Compliance Requirements
Good understanding of Government Procurement Processes
Strong documentation and analytical skills

You do not have hands-on experience with GeM/e-tender portals.
You have never prepared technical/commercial bids independently.
