Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Execution & Monitoring: Learn and execute buy/sell orders (Equities & F&O) accurately, set precise price alerts, and manage risk parameters with high discipline.
- Market & Company Tracking: Actively track and analyze macroeconomic news, global updates, corporate announcements, and company quarterly results.
- Data Management: Utilize MS Excel for maintaining trade logs, analyzing statistics, and preparing internal market reports.
- Client Communication: Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication with clients regarding trade executions, margin requirements, and market updates.
- Risk Control: Learn to monitor live market movements and client ledger positions to maintain zero-error terminal operations.
Qualifications & Requirements (Strict Criteria):
- Experience: Fresher only. (No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided).
- Education: Minimum Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BFSI, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related financial field). Note: Candidates must have fully completed their education. Students awaiting final results will not be considered.
- Core Skills:
- Strong foundation in Mathematics and Statistics.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel for data analysis.
- Powerful reading habits focused on economics news and company updates.
- Attributes: Exceptional personal discipline, sharp focus during live market hours, and strong verbal communication skills.
