Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic *Business Support Executive* to serve as the primary bridge between our local franchise partners in Bangalore and our central operations team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for visiting our partner schools, ensuring brand and pedagogical compliance, and providing hands-on operational support to help our franchises thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* *Franchise Support & Relationship Management:* Act as the first point of contact for Bangalore-based franchise owners, assisting them with day-to-day operational queries and business growth strategies.
* *Field Visits & Quality Audits:* Conduct regular visits to partner preschools across the city to ensure strict adherence to Ubika’s operational guidelines, safety protocols, and Finnish pedagogy standards.
* *Local Coordination:* Bridge communication between the Bangalore franchise network and the head office in Noida, ensuring smooth rollouts of new curricula, marketing campaigns, and training programs.
* *Admissions & Marketing Support:* Assist franchise partners in executing local marketing initiatives and optimizing their admission processes to drive enrollment.
* *Reporting:* Track the performance, needs, and feedback of each center and submit regular health-check reports to the management team.
Requirements
* *Language Proficiency:* Must be highly fluent in both *Kannada* and *English* (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with local partners, staff, and parents.
* *Mobility:* Must own a reliable *two-wheeler* and hold a valid driving license. This role requires frequent travel across Bangalore to visit various franchise locations.
* *Experience:* 1–3 years of experience in business support, franchise operations, field sales, or educational administration is preferred.
* *Skills:* Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting.
* *Attribute:* A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining strong communication with remote teams.
