We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Interior Designer to plan, design, and execute residential interior projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts, coordinating with client and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand design requirements, lifestyle needs, budget, and timelines
- Prepare design concepts, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations
- Develop space plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted for junior/senior roles)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution methods
- Strong creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in turnkey / design-build projects
- Knowledge of modular furniture and site execution
- Basic understanding of civil, electrical, and plumbing coordination
