Duties & Responsibilities
· Assure the quality of the product delivered.
· Incoming and Outgoing inspection of parts – Visual and Parameters.
· Sample preparation for metallography evaluation
· Ensure process are inline with standards (QMS,EMS,Internal operation standards).
· Inprocess inspection of the parts.
· Oversee failures and involve in implementation of preventive actions & corrective actions for internal and external complaints.
· Blocking & release of non conforming equipments and parts.
· Follow applicable QMS requirements
· Calibration and inspection of testing equipments.
· Preventive Maintenance of instruments
· Liaison with external agencies for calibration & service
· Communicate plant manager in case of machine troubles/errors.
· Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements.
· Involve, suggest and implement HSE ,5S, OOE.
· Working for continuous improvement & excellence in performance of function.
· Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process and quality system.
Required education, experience, knowledge
· Diploma in engineering
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in thermal Spray coatings
Should be willing to work in Tumkur & as well Jigani (Bangalore) location
Must be ready to work for 6 days with 3 rotational shifts.
Job Location - Tumkur & Jigani
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
