Job Description:
Should be able to Model, HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing systems, like AC, Ventilation, Mechanical Pipe, Drainage, Water supply, One line diagram & Schematic drawings, Lighting, Power & ELV services.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit MEP is a must and able to work in software by own hand.
- Studying tender documents, technical proposals, RFP’s & technical specs for clear understanding of project scope
- Preparation of mechanical/plumbing drawings based on given specs.
- Maintain, enhance, and apply both design and technical knowledge ensuring production of high-quality drawings.
- Participate in coordination meeting.
- Coordination with other discipline engineers as applicable for the continuity of the Modelling process.
- Keeping good track / documentation of projects
- Ensuring relevant QA procedures are followed.
- Ensuring adherence to corporate standards
