AWS Contact Center Developer:
- 3-5 years' experience in AWS contact center configuration and support
- Experience in configuration and support of AWS Contact center, interactive voice response (IVR) and chat routing flows.
- Connect AWS environments with CRM systems specifically Salesforce, databases, and backend APIs.
- Understanding of AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
- Develop automation for call routing, customer authentication, case creation, and service request handling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center operations, telephony, integrations, and reporting.
