Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring implementation.
Administration:
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience.
- Good knowledge of HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
