Job Summary
We are looking for a Tele Caller Executive to make outbound calls and/or handle inbound calls, interact with customers professionally, provide information about products or services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or services.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare call reports and activity updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
