Davies is seeking a highly organised, analytical and digitally curious Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support the growth and operational effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition team in Pune.
This role combines recruitment coordination, operational reporting, process improvement, vendor management and digital enablement. You'll play a key role in creating a more efficient, data-driven recruitment function while delivering excellent experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across candidates, recruiters and hiring managers while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment administration, interview logistics and process follow-up
- Manage core TA trackers, reporting and recruitment data
- Monitor background verification progress and any downstream data flow accuracy
- Produce regular recruitment reports and insights using Excel and system data
- Support benchmarking, quality checks and operational reviews
- Document and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and consistency
- Support the use of Microsoft Copilot, automation and AI-enabled tools across Talent Acquisition activities
- Help create and maintain prompts, agents, reporting templates and process guidance
- Identify opportunities to simplify administration and improve recruiter productivity
- Coordinate with recruitment partners and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and effective tracking
- Support agency spend monitoring and supplier governance activities
- Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR stakeholders and external partners
- Support global Talent Acquisition projects and local India implementation activities
- Act as a key operational link between the Pune TA team and global TA initiatives
- Provide timely updates, escalate risks and support the adoption of new processes and tools

Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator or similar role
- Strong interview scheduling and recruitment administration experience
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with recruitment data and reporting
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities when no two days are the same
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or AI-enabled productivity tools
- Exposure to process mapping, workflow improvement or automation
- Experience with vendor management, agency spend tracking or recruitment operations
- Exposure to assessment platforms such as HackerRank
- Recruitment coordination runs smoothly and efficiently
- Reporting and trackers are accurate, reliable and trusted
- Recruitment processes are well documented and consistently followed
- Vendor and background verification activity is effectively managed
- Digital tools and AI capabilities are used to improve productivity and reduce administration activities
