Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive International Appointment Setter to support our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers globally. Candidates with prior experience in the market research or business intelligence industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through research, databases, and outbound prospecting
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Business Development/Sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
- Follow up with prospects to ensure higher conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for appointments and conversions
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Good understanding of market research and business intelligence domains
- Ability to handle cold calling and objection handling effectively
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Cross-cultural communication skills
- Negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Knowledge of global markets and economics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales environment
- Exposure to international clients/markets is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
