About Us
Horeb Tours is a B2B travel and tourism company based in Trivandrum. We work with travel agents and tour operators, providing them with holiday packages, hotel and transport bookings, ticketing, and ground handling for their clients. We are looking for a Sales Executive to help grow our agent network.
About the Role
You will help bring in new travel agents and partners, keep in touch with existing ones, and turn their enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will work closely with our small team and may need to travel to meet agents, attend trade events, and visit their offices.
What You Will Do
- Help find and approach new travel agents and tour operators
- May be required to go along with colleagues for agent visits and meetings
- Build and keep good relationships with our agent partners
- Handle agent enquiries over phone, email, and WhatsApp and follow up until the booking is confirmed
- Help prepare packages, quotations, and itineraries based on what the agent needs
- Explain our rates, packages, and booking process to agents and answer their questions
- Keep proper records of agent leads, follow-ups, and bookings
- Work with the staff so that confirmed bookings run smoothly
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English and Malayalam, both spoken and written
- Good communication skills and confident when dealing with people
- Able to discuss rates and close deals
- Comfortable using a computer: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email, and internet
- Confident, well presented, and comfortable working closely with others in a small setup
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Some experience in sales, business development, or any job dealing directly with clients
- Experience in travel or hospitality, such as a travel agency, tour operator, DMC, airline or ticketing desk, or hotel or resort
- Some knowledge of Indian and overseas destinations, holiday packages, flight and hotel bookings, and visa paperwork
- Existing contacts among travel agents and tour operators
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
