We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and organized Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, directing the preparation of all meals, maintaining strict health and safety standards, and ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high-quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Culinary Excellence: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Menu Development: Collaborate on menu design, introduce daily/weekly specials, and creatively adapt recipes based on seasonal ingredient availability.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee, train, and mentor kitchen staff (line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers) to ensure a cohesive and efficient workspace.
- Safety & Sanitation: Enforce strict compliance with all local health department regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A degree or certificate from a culinary school is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Chef, Minimum one year experience required
