Job Description
We are looking for a HR Recruiter – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition with 1+ year of experience to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong candidate sourcing abilities, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle offer follow-ups and ensure successful candidate joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timeline.

Eligibility
