Confidence and persuasion ability. Basic computer knowledge. Active listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduates are often preferred. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage but not always required.
