Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Designer with a strong eye for design, user experience, and modern web trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing responsive websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that align with client goals and enhance brand presence.
You will work closely with developers, strategists, content writers, and account managers to deliver high-quality websites from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive websites and landing pages for clients across various industries.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and conversion-focused.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Customize and design websites using WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or similar CMS platforms.
- Optimize website layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all web projects.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and web design best practices.
- Conduct website audits and recommend design improvements to enhance user experience and performance.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in web design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive website and landing page designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience designing for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is preferred.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly web design and Core Web Vitals is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of motion design, animations, and interactive web experiences is a plus.
