Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. • Screen resumes and schedule interviews. • Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers. • Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS. • Post jobs across hiring platforms. • Support employer branding and campus hiring. • Assist with HR documentation and recruitment activities.
Who We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Eagerness to learn recruitment and HR processes. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
