Mangalam Resort is looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to lead all aspects of resort operations and ensure exceptional Resort Mangalam
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily resort operations and staff management.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service.
- Manage bookings, events, and guest relations.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and food & beverage operations.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities as required.
- Implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of guest service standards and resort operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
