3D VISUALIZER
We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to join our architectural design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural visualization, materials, lighting, composition, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D architectural models and photorealistic renders for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop detailed exterior and interior visualizations based on architectural drawings and design concepts.
- Prepare 3D models, walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals when required.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, furniture, and other design elements.
- Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand design intent and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- Make revisions based on design feedback and client requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency between architectural drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver visuals within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with current trends, rendering techniques, materials, and visualization technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural modelling, lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Ability to create realistic and visually appealing architectural renders.
- Strong attention to detail and design sense.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Software Skills
Experience with one or more of the following:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop
- Blender or other relevant 3D software
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in architectural visualization is an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
