We are hiring a real estate sales manager who will represent our projects and act as the primary contact for interested clients. In this role, you will manage incoming inquiries, understand client needs, guide them through our offerings, and ensure a smooth journey from interest to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and identify new potential clients through various channels.
- Engage with leads, understand their requirements, and offer suitable project solutions.
- Conduct site visits and walk clients through project details, features, and benefits.
- Strengthen brand visibility through professional and consistent client interactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Maintain an updated client pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Support lead-generation efforts by leveraging referrals and networking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in client-facing or relationship-focused roles.
- Strong communication abilities; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- High sense of accountability and ownership toward targets and outcomes.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
