Job Summary
The Commi III is an entry-level culinary role responsible for assisting in basic food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. The role focuses on learning kitchen standards while ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in basic food preparation such as cutting, cleaning, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and support assigned kitchen section.
- Maintain proper mise en place for daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
- Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables and other raw materials.
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly.
- Maintain proper labeling and storage of food items.
- Follow kitchen SOPs and safety procedures at all times.
- Support in minimizing food wastage and maintaining portion control.
- Keep workstations clean before, during, and after shifts.
- Learn cooking techniques and recipes as guided by senior staff.

Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
