About the Role
Bringletech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fresher Social Media Marketing & Content Creator who is passionate about digital branding, content creation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and creative communication.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media posts and campaigns
- Write captions, content copies, and promotional marketing material
- Assist in developing brand awareness and audience engagement strategies
- Coordinate with the design and video editing team for content execution
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends
- Deliver tasks within deadlines
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and digital campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of branding and personal brand building
- Understanding of lead generation through social media
- Experience in content writing or managing social pages (personal or academic projects accepted)
