Job Summary
Britfort Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Grammar & IELTS Trainer to join our MG Road, Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a strong understanding of English grammar and the IELTS examination. If you are passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their target IELTS band scores, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging IELTS coaching for all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Teach English grammar to students of different proficiency levels.
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to improve student outcomes.
- Prepare lesson plans and study materials.
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and teaching methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IELTS and English grammar training is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
