We are looking for someone who enjoys solving messy problems, building systems, talking to people, and working directly with the founder to build a startup from scratch.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
- Build and maintain operational systems.
- Create and improve SOPs.
- Maintain inventory and procurement trackers.
- Coordinate logistics for events.
- Ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
Vendor Management
- Identify and onboard new suppliers.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- Build and update the master vendor database.
Sales & Business Development
- Research and generate qualified leads.
- Reach out to wedding planners, venues, and corporate clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Support proposal preparation and quotations.
Business Operations
- Maintain costing sheets and pricing updates.
- Organize company documentation and digital assets.
- Prepare reports and dashboards.
- Track key business metrics.
- Assist the founder in day-to-day execution.
Founder's Office
- Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives.
- Convert ideas into structured execution plans.
- Coordinate across different functions.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Help build systems that enable the company to scale.
This role is for builders, not task-doers. We don't expect you to know everything on Day 1. We do expect you to be curious, resourceful, and willing to figure things out. If you're excited by solving problems, creating systems, and building a business from scratch, you'll thrive here.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
