- Customer Communication: Handling inquiries, updating clients on service status, and addressing complaints.
- Scheduling & Dispatch: Arranging for technician or engineer attendance at client sites
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records of leads, quotes, and service reports.
- Operational Support: Supporting the service and sales teams with administrative tasks, including ERP system management.
