Title: Automobile Technician / Evaluator / Hub Inspector

Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Automobile Technicians to inspect, evaluate, and diagnose used cars. Candidates should have hands-on experience in vehicle servicing and repairs with strong technical knowledge of passenger vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluator
- Visit customers' locations to inspect and evaluate used cars.
- Perform complete vehicle health checks and identify mechanical issues.
- Assess engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and body condition.
- Record inspection findings accurately using company tools.
- Ensure high-quality and timely vehicle evaluations.
- Travel within assigned locations as part of the field job.
Technician / Senior Technician / Chief General Technician
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in passenger vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify repair requirements.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain service records and inspection reports.
Hub Inspector
- Inspect vehicles received at the hub.
- Verify vehicle condition and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Provide technical guidance during vehicle evaluation.
- Ensure inspection quality and documentation accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of hands-on Technician/Mechanic experience.
- ITI or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in passenger vehicle servicing.
- Able to read and understand basic English.
- Good technical knowledge of automobile systems.
- OEM experience such as Mahindra First Choice or Maruti True Value is acceptable.
Additional Requirements
- Valid Driving License with good driving skills (mandatory for Evaluator role).
- Willingness to travel for field inspections (Evaluator role).
- Good communication skills (mandatory for Hub Inspector).
- Candidates with 10+ years of technical experience may be considered for Technician/Senior Technician roles even without ITI/Diploma.
Not Eligible
- Service Advisor experience only (except Hub Inspector or candidates with prior technician experience).
- Commercial vehicle experience only.
- Experience in rival used-car companies such as Cars24, Gaadi.com, Rev, OLX, CarDekho, CarWale, or CarTrade.
- Plant/manufacturing-only experience (unless followed by at least 4 years of technician/mechanic experience).
Experience Classification
- Technician: 4–6 years of Technician/Mechanic experience.
- Senior Technician: 7–10 years total experience with 4–6 years as Technician/Mechanic.
- Chief General Technician: More than 10 years of total technical experience.
- Hub Inspector: Technician experience followed by Service Advisor experience.
Salary: As per company standards + applicable benefits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
