Job Title: Sales Executive – Conveyor & SMT Equipment Solutions
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
machinery, production line equipment, and related automation solutions for electronics manufacturing. The
role will focus on business development, client acquisition, and account management across Bengaluru
and neighboring South Indian industrial hubs (Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for SMT equipment including pick-and-
place machines, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, AOI/SPI inspection
systems, and related assembly line solutions.
2. Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients including EMS companies, PCB manufacturers, consumer
electronics, automotive electronics, LED, and electrical appliance manufacturers.
3. Conduct factory visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal submissions to
engineering, procurement, and plant management teams.
4. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat orders, after-sales
support, and component/consumable business.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and industry demand in South India’s electronics
manufacturing sector.
6. Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, commercial contracts, order follow-ups, and ensure timely payment
collection.
7. Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to support pre-sales consultation, installation
coordination, and customer satisfaction.
8. Travel regularly within Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh for client meetings and
project site visits.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechatronics,
or Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering).
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven sales experience, electronics manufacturing machinery, industrial
automation, or PCB assembly solutions.
- Direct experience selling pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, printers, or complete SMT
production lines is mandatory.
- Candidates with existing client connections in EMS and electronics manufacturing industries will be highly
preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of SMT production line workflow: solder paste printing → component placement →
reflow soldering → inspection & testing.
- Familiarity with SMT machine specifications, technical parameters, and industry applications.
- Basic ability to communicate technical advantages to engineering and production teams.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for business communication, emails, and presentations.
- Working knowledge of Hindi; conversational ability in Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
