The Script Craft (TSC) is officially India's largest and most active creative community for writers, directors, filmmakers, and creative professionals across the globe — the platform where India's next generation of storytellers compete, grow, and get discovered. Our annual film festival was launched by one of India's biggest superstars, backed by four of the country's largest production houses, and drew 1,850+ film submissions in its last edition alone. Our launch swept the national media, covered by The Times of India, Hindustan Times, News18, Bollywood Hungama, and 100+ publications across 8 languages.
Now, we are scaling. We run year-round contests — spanning screenwriting, filmmaking, stand-up comedy, open mics, and more. Every property brings together a massive, intensely loyal, and culturally engaged audience of creators and fans.

Pure Revenue & Relationships
Let's be incredibly clear: This is not a marketing role. This is not a content role. This is a high-octane Sales, Business Development, and Monetization role. We are building a massive, year-round contest calendar, and every property needs a brand anchor. Your job is to walk into a brand meeting, command the room, negotiate beautifully, and close the deal. You identify the brands, pitch the vision, and bring home the revenue.

What You Will Do
- Identify and map out high-fit brands across FMCG, EdTech, OTT, Apparel, Tech, and Media sectors that align with TSC's unique IPs.
- Connect directly with Brand Managers, CMOs, Marketing Directors, and media agency teams to pitch high-value integrations.
- Negotiate and close diverse sponsorship tiers — including Title Sponsors, Co-Sponsors, and Powered-By Partners.
- Ensure post-deal execution is flawless, so brand partners don't just see ROI they see undeniable value.
- Build deep, sustainable relationships that turn a one-time sponsor into a recurring partner for every contest on our calendar.
Who You Are
- Proven Closer: You have a track record of selling media space, digital ad inventory, event sponsorships, or brand tie-ups.
- You know how to hustle past gatekeepers, cold-outreach effectively, handle objections effortlessly, and steer a conversation toward a "Yes."
- You don't just sell features; you sell solutions. You understand how brands think ROI, cultural relevance, reach, and sentiment.
- 5+ years within a media company, experiential events firm, ad agency, or high-growth startup is a massive plus.
- If you're a fresher with razor-sharp sales instincts, unyielding hunger, and a genuine passion for the entertainment ecosystem, we want to hear from you.
- Strong foundation in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to support positioning, differentiation, and consistent brand experiences.
- Excellent Communication and Branding skills to craft clear, engaging, and coherent messaging across channels.
- Ability to collaborate with Sales teams to align brand initiatives with lead generation, partnerships, and revenue goals.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, or tech platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret brand and campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in storytelling, brands, film, TV, web series, or publishing, with a user-centric approach to brand building.
