Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Management & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end Gold Loan product lifecycle.
- Design and implement product features, pricing strategies, and customer propositions.
- Develop business growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage.
P&L Ownership
- Manage overall profitability of the Gold Loan portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Monitor yields, costs, business productivity, and profitability metrics.
Policy Formulation
- Develop and review lending, operational, collection, and business policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal governance standards.
- Recommend policy changes based on market conditions and portfolio performance.
KPI & Incentive Framework
- Design KPIs for branches, sales teams, and business units.
- Create incentive structures to improve productivity and business growth.
- Monitor branch-wise performance and implement corrective actions.
Portfolio & Business Growth
- Drive AUM growth, customer acquisition, and branch productivity.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and customer retention.
- Develop strategies to improve portfolio quality and operational efficiency.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 12–18 years of experience in Gold Loans, Secured Lending, or Retail Assets.
- Experience in product management and business strategy within organizations such as:
- NBFCs
- BANKS
- GOLD FINANCE COMPANIES
- Strong expertise in product design, P&L management, policy formulation, incentive design, portfolio management, and branch business management.
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,800,000.00 per year
