We are looking for a responsible Back Office Executive to handle administrative, accounting, and tender-related work, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic accounting tasks (data entry, invoices, vouchers, etc.)
- Assist in tendering work, including document preparation and submission
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Handle emails, quotations, and client coordination
- Support sales and operations team with back office tasks
- Work on MS Excel, Tally, and other office tools
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally preferred)
- Computer proficiency (MS Excel, email, internet)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility in work
- Fresher or 0–2 years experience can apply
Location: Ahmedabad
