Job Summary
To administer and support the Company's compensation, payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance processes, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments, compliance with applicable laws, and efficient management of employee benefits. This role partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, and business heads to attract, retain, and motivate talent through effective pay and benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Payroll Administration
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Verify payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Maintain employee compensation records and payroll databases.
- Prepare salary revisions, increment letters, and compensation statements.
- Assist in annual compensation reviews and salary benchmarking exercises.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely processing and filing of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements, as applicable.
- Develop and maintain statutory records and documentation related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Coordinate with finance, vendors, and government authorities on compliance matters.
· Conduct periodic pay equity audits and address any disparities
· Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefit
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, manpower cost reports, and compensation MIS.
- Generate reports on employee benefits, statutory contributions, and compensation analytics.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of compensation data.
· Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership on C&B metrics and budget utilization
· Support workforce planning and budgeting with compensation cost modelling
· Maintain compensation data integrity within HRMS systems
Audit and Documentation
- Provide payroll data for internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain employee records and supporting documentation for inspections and audits.
- Assist in developing and improving compensation and benefits policies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MHRM, M.Com., or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Payroll Management or Labour Laws will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
