Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 4–6 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial controls. Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records. Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings. Assist in payroll accounting and expense management. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial transactions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls. Support management with financial analysis and MIS reports. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting). Good understanding of accounting standards and financial statements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or CMA Inter is an advantage. Experience in logistics, transportation, or SaaS industries.
Pay: ₹20,558.76 - ₹28,859.98 per month
