Job Summary
The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with staff, and supporting business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and workflow
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain records, files, and documents
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Monitor office supplies and place orders
- Assist in basic accounting or billing tasks
- Support HR/admin activities
Required Skills
- Good communication (English + local language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Qualification
- Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 1–2 years
