Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers, support sales activities, maintain client relationships, and help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and respond to inquiries.
- Promote company products and services.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Prepare sales-related documents and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two).
- 0-2 years experice in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS office, Email, etc).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
