Architect – Residential Projects
Location: Kochi, Kerala
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to lead residential projects from concept development through project completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and project documentation using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory approvals, and permit requirements.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and provide technical support during construction.
- Review project quality, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
- Strong design, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of local building regulations, approval processes, and construction practices.
- Candidates must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi before joining.
Preferred
- COA Registration.
- Experience handling projects independently from design through execution.
