We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join the Paojee team in Mannat Dhaba(Samalkha). The role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting in food preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing transactions.
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen support activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Refill stock and ensure proper arrangement of supplies.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.
- Prior experience in QSR, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
- Shift will be of 12hr.
