We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage the daily dispatch operations for our restaurant and bakery. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in food delivery dispatch, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to plan efficient delivery routes for riders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily order dispatches.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for riders based on order locations and priorities.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure timely execution.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bakery, riders, and customer support teams.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve dispatch-related issues quickly.
- Maintain dispatch records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in restaurant, bakery, or food delivery dispatch operations.
- Strong route planning and rider management skills.
- Good presence of mind and quick decision-making ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and mobile app proficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
