This is a Full-Time Employee position responsible to support senior architects by creating and preparing CAD drawings, 3D sketchup, and coordinating tasks with Consultants & Site Team. The ideal candidate will also assist to conduct site visits, help prepare to make a note of discrepancies in drawings or project executions and present Minutes of Meetings. The Candidate should have background of Architecture / Draughtsman with good CAD & Sketchup skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS)
Documentation: Assist in developing architectural designs, prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD and 3D softwares. Preparation of Conceptual, Presentation & Construction Drawings.
Project coordination: Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and consultants. Assist in project management tasks such as site visits, preparing minutes of meetings, revising & updating allocated tasks.
Site and quality assurance: Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure work aligns with design specifications and accordingly prepare minutes-of-meeting. Assist in quality assurance by checking for design compliance and briefing team members on corrections. Cross checking Various Materials & Finishes as per the Specifications. Consistent Evaluation of time of ongoing work at site and Efficient management of Drawings and Team.
Team interaction: Interact with Project head to incorporate the plans into the project drawings. Support and assist other members of the design and production teams.
Administrative support: Assist in Drafting & 3D developments, performing basic design computations, and managing project documentation and files under Guidance of Project Architect.
Around 3 to 5 years of proven experience on the above areas.
