Job Summary
D'LIFE Interiors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee the execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site management, quality control, vendor coordination, material planning, and timely project completion while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and installation teams.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and verify drawings before execution.
- Plan and track material requirements, deliveries, and inventory at site.
- Ensure workplace safety and maintain site discipline.
- Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project handover.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, site coordination, and quality management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in modular interiors and residential projects.
- Knowledge of project planning and execution processes.
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
