We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for the role of CSR. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, generating leads, explaining financial loan services to customers, collecting required documents, and coordinating with customers throughout the loan approval process.
Job Location: Mohali, Sector 74
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Generate leads through calls
- Explain financial loan products and services to customers
- Collect and verify customer documents after lead generation
- Coordinate with customers till the completion of the loan process
- Maintain good customer relationships and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to deal with UK clients professionally
- Basic understanding of customer handling and sales
- Target-oriented and confident personality
Shift Timing:
UK Shift – 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
