Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, inventory management, financial processes, and compliance systems across our dairy manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
- Review accounting records, financial transactions, and internal controls.
- Perform inventory audits and stock verification at production facilities and distribution points.
- Evaluate procurement, sales, and production processes for compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and GST requirements.
- Identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Support management in strengthening governance and operational controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA, CMA, CIA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Internal Audit, Finance, or Risk Management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or dairy industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
