Job Description – Project Manager / Electrical.
Qualification:
Candidates must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Electrical /Mechanical / Electronics Engineering with 15 years of relevant professional experience. OR
- Diploma in Project Management / Construction Management Engineering with 20 years of relevant professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of electrical projects from planning and mobilization through execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, and key milestones.
- Review and ensure compliance with approved electrical designs, drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, method statements, and applicable standards.
- Supervise and monitor electrical installation, erection, testing, commissioning, and related site activities.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take timely corrective measures to address delays, constraints, and deviations.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
- Monitor project costs, material requirements, productivity, and resource utilization to support effective cost control.
- Ensure that all electrical works are executed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, statutory requirements, and contractual specifications.
- Establish and maintain effective quality control and quality assurance practices throughout project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Identify project risks and technical issues and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective action plans.
- Review and monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to contractual, technical, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, documentation, and final project handover.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers, supervisors, technicians, and other project personnel.
- Conduct and participate in project review meetings and provide periodic progress reports to senior management.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records, reports, correspondence, and other relevant technical and contractual documents.
- Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and other project functions.
- Support resolution of technical, contractual, and operational issues arising during project execution.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹238,000.00 per month
