Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen our presence in the North Area of Kerala. If you have the passion, skills, and drive to lead a territory to success, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory
- Drive new business development by identifying and onboarding new outlets/accounts
- Manage and grow existing customers through regular engagement and relationship building
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and SKU expansion across outlets
- Plan and execute territory-specific sales strategies and market activities
- Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly
- Execute promotions, schemes, and new product launches effectively
- Maintain strong control over collections, credit, stock levels, and expiry
- Plan daily routes and ensure strict adherence to PJP
- Analyze territory performance and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure full market coverage and focus on underperforming areas
- Represent the company in market visits, meetings, and local events
- Supervise, train, and guide Sales Executives, Merchandisers, and Promoters
- Conduct joint market visits and improve team productivity
- Coordinate with distributors, branch teams, and internal departments
- Support team development through coaching and performance reviews
Requirements
- 3–5 years of FMCG field sales experience
- Strong territory handling and execution skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and sales systems
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
