Job responsibilities
(Customer Support & Booking)
Reservation Management: Takes live calls from US customers to book vehicles, verify real-time fleet availability, and input exact pick-up/drop-off dates, times, and airport or local branch codes.
Booking Modifications: Processes modifications, extensions, or cancellations of existing reservations via Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or proprietary Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
US Driver Eligibility Verification: Pre-screens caller information against US rental criteria, explaining age restrictions (e.g., under-25 fees), required security deposits, and acceptable credit/debit card types.
Billing & Toll Inquiries: Clarifies charges for the automated US highway toll systems (e.g., E-ZPass, SunPass), processes deposit refunds, and resolves post-rental invoicing discrepancies.
Note : We need only car rental process experience candidates in US BPO .
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
