Speech it is a Child care centre opened recently in Chullickal Kochi near to Fort Kochi. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS) to join our multidisciplinary Child Development Centre.
Requirements:
- BAMS qualification with a valid registration.
- Experience in paediatric practice or a strong interest in working with children with developmental delays.
- Freshers with a genuine passion for developmental paediatrics are also encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage children with developmental delays and neurodevelopmental conditions using Ayurvedic principles.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, and lifestyle recommendations where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, special educators, and paediatricians.
- Counsel and educate parents regarding developmental concerns and holistic management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to comprehensive child care.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Interest in early intervention and child development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach with a commitment to improving the quality of life of children with developmental needs.
Our working durations will be from 9am-5pm and will be flexible on basis of patient requirement. Saturdays will be a half day and Sundays will be a holiday.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
