We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, explain our services, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain the company's services and answer customer queries professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales/counselling team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer objections politely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply (experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage).
