Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead and oversee production operations in our Epoxy & PU Flooring Systems Manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, process optimization, quality control, manpower management, and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Lead, train, and manage production teams effectively.
Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and operational guidelines.
Monitor raw material utilization and minimize production wastage.
Prepare production reports, KPIs, and performance analysis.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in Production Management.
Experience in Epoxy, PU Flooring Systems, Construction Chemicals, Industrial Coatings, or Paint Manufacturing is preferred.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
