- Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and healthcare centres on a daily basis.
- Build long-term professional relationships with physicians, consultants and surgeons.
- Meet specialists including physicians, nephrologists, cardiologists, gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, oncologists, intensivists and other referring doctors.
- Coordinate meetings with hospital management and healthcare administrators. Participate in CMEs, medical conferences, IMA meetings, healthcare seminars and networking events.
- Educate doctors about Mirayee Hospital's transplant capabilities and patient care excellence.
- Identify potential transplant cases and facilitate patient referrals. Maintain regular follow-ups with referring doctors and hospitals.
- Generate new business opportunities through continuous relationship building.
- Maintain daily visit reports and referral records.
- Achieve monthly referral and relationship development targets
